As a severe Multiple Sclerosis patient myself, I find the vata vyadhi concepts as enlisted by ancient Ayurvedic Physicians, Charak, Sushruth, Sarangadhar and Madhav, extremely useful in tackling most of the Multiple Sclerosis related problems & symptoms that I suffer from.

Following and implementing those, I Believe has Stopped the MS disease progression, in me by 100%.
